Join CAAM for an in-gallery talk and conversation with current exhibiting artist Kenyatta A.C. Hinkle. The first solo museum presentation in Los Angeles for this LA- and Oakland-based artist, this exhibition brings attention to the missing black women in America and the African diaspora, from history to the present day. Hinkle and Keith will discuss the artist’s multifaceted practice as well the inspiration for this particular body of work.
